Your ticket was escalated to my group because one or more of your recent Pulse connection invites generated complaints from multiple members. In managing any type of contacts with Plaxo, you must ensure your usage of Plaxo is in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Pulse is intended for the usage of Plaxo members to connect with those they already know and have a social connection with. Plaxo members are prohibited from using the service to send solicitations or advertisements to members of their contact list, especially to those they don't personally have a business or personal relation.

In general, we recommend to all Plaxo members that they attempt to send Pulse invites, Plaxo invites, or Update Requests to contacts they truly know and wish to stay in touch with. Sending these to unknown contacts usually causes confusion on the part of the recipient, which leads them to filing an Abuse Report against Plaxo and the Plaxo member.

Also, your invite message content sent through the Plaxo service include some business reference or updated news which is against our policy.

Nevertheless, we will not be able to enable your Plaxo account and we request you to send us a message to delete the same from our records.

I have for a long time not use my account, and for few days ago I update information and add more, I do this 3 -4 times, and went back.
I send request to few people I want connecting with -just a request.
Other thing.. I don't know, maybe I do something I don't understand. Before I know plaxo send out info every time you update info.. and if I update 3-4 times, and every one in my net -get update?
I cant see I have done something else?
I don't know how I can have abusing people, but it was not the meaning!.
If my account is suspended - open it again please and I be more carefully next time.
Cause in my theory -maybe I try something who don't work, cause I need to log in again-it was strange, and I think it was something wrong and I doit again..
It have never been my meaning to send or abusing anybody.
And I have not send anything from my plaxo account for long time, and last day I just want to update and find out how thing works.
So please open it again- cause I want to use my plaxo account in the future -but need to manage the folder.

We're sorry but the system suspended your account because of multiple complaints from other members. Plaxo will suspend any account automatically if we receive more than a certain number of complaints from other members. Generally, we receive these complaints because:
1. The content you've posted or content used in a comment was reported as spam. In the Pulse world, if you are posting/commenting material that has no relevance to a group subject or to the post itself (e.g. irrelevant comment, unsolicited marketing material or links, any type of multi-level business material), there is a very high probability of your content being marked as spam. If you are reported more than 5 times in a 15 day window, your account will be automatically suspended.
2. If you are connecting to other Plaxo members you don't know, and are blocked by more than 5 - your account will be disabled. While you are certainly welcome to connect to people, if you are requesting a connection with someone who you don't already know, we strongly encourage you to clearly introduce yourself and the reason that you want to connect.
3. Your profile does not identify who you are. Members that request information from others yet their own Plaxo information is "mysterious" generally result in being reported as an abuser.
4. You appear to be collecting connections for the purpose of sending those connections unsolicited commercial messages or recruiting them for multi-level marketing programs.
5. You are abusing the "Report Abuse" function
If you feel that we improperly suspended your account, please send a message to privsec@plaxo.com.
Note that repeat offenders will be permanently banned from the service. We stress the importance of Pulse remaining to be a place where people can connect with people they truly know to maintain a true life network.
